Today I answered THE best set of questions I’ve had in some time regarding one of my most popular programs, Goal Factory.

Hi. I have a few questions/inquiries please:
Question 1. I’m working on Goal Factory in conjunction with M.I.M. -Could you list more examples of spiritual and relationship goals? The examples given are brief and very vague, and I’m honestly having trouble forming goals in those areas. I really want to do this program and I’m just stumped on these areas in forming goals!
Question 2. Also, I was going into Level 3 of Brain Evolution, and Jeffrey felt I could use both M.I.M. and BrainEv at the same time. The BrainEv people say absolutely not, because they’re both long-term programs that could cancel each other’s benefits out. Could I get more thoughts on this? -Either way I LOVE M.I.M. and I’m going to continue, but if I can, I’d like to continue both simultaneously.
Question 3. My Goal Factory health goal is written as ‘I am easily in the best shape of my life and weigh 120lbs.’ I know we’re only supposed to have one goal. Does this count as one, or two?

I will do my best to help.
Answer 1:
The point of the vague examples in the areas of relationships and spiritual alignment is because they are deeply personal and individual differences are far more pronounced than the other areas that Goal Factory deals with.
I, nor anyone else can write your spiritual goals.
Begin to practice tapping into your innate intelligence and your higher self.
One of the biggest tenants of Goal Factory is to start exactly where you are at.
It is knowing where you are that allows you to plot the best possible course forward.
Where are you in respects to your relationships and spiritual orientation?
To me, it seems that you are not yet certain of where you are in these respects or what you want your spiritual goals and relationships goals to be.
If this is true, I would embrace the uncertainty because this means these goals will yield some of your biggest rewards once clarity is achieved.
Being in a state of uncertainty is not a bad thing. It’s only bad if you stay there indefinitely.
To achieve clarity, you must embrace uncertainty and give yourself the room to discover yourself.
How do you embrace uncertainty in the context of the Goal Factory and forming your goals?
Here are some ideas for how you could write your Spiritual and Relationship Goals that embraces uncertainty and leverages it for your highest good.
- Easily discovering my life’s purpose.
- Naturally discovering my spiritual path.
- Naturally nurturing my relationships for my highest good.
- Easily aligning my relationships for my highest good.
On the surface, these examples may seem less than ideal because they don’t overtly point to tangible results but if you take some time and think about them, the way you feel about them will change.
About these examples…Ask yourself…
“What are the presuppositions of having all my relationships in alignment for my highest good?” “What would that do for me?”
“How would my life change and improve if I knew what my spiritual path is with total absolute clarity?” What would that do for me?”
Answer 2:
I understand why the creators of other programs say “don’t use our system with other systems”. Splitting your attention on too many programs may create a potential that neither one receives the attention it deserves.
Trust your own internal guidance on this.
In this case, the notion that MiM and BrainEv could cancel each other out is not a rational one. It’s like saying you shouldn’t walk, run and jump in the same week because the benefits will cancel each other out.
Having said that, there is such a thing as doing too much. You don’t want to over stimulate or over commit. Always check with your internal guidance system and continue to practice doing so. It will evolve your ability to get accurate information from within.
Answer 3:
Your health goal is good but it could potentially count as two goals and thus be counter-productive because it would split your energy into two or more streams.
Consider these questions and decide for yourself.
Is being in the “best shape” of your life absolutely contingent on the weight of exactly 120 lbs?
Could you be in bad shape and weigh 120 lbs?
What is more important? being in “great shape” or weighing 120 lbs?
AND, What are the presuppositions involved in being in “the best shape of your life”? What does that mean for you? Consider writing those answers down to assist with clarity.
Does improving your “shape” naturally presuppose a loss in body fat?
What if being 120 lbs is not the healthiest weight for you? What if it is 125 lbs or 115 lbs?
Take a few days on this if required.
Remember, the point of creating Goals such as the ones Goal Factory teaches is to create unobstructed clarity and laser point focus.
If your primary goals contain more than one stream, your mental, physical and spiritual energy will be divided and diluted.
It also makes it less effective at programming your Reticular Activating System.
Remember, your RAS plays a big role in guiding your unconscious decisions, choices, and behaviors. It also plays a big role in where you place your attention and what you will notice (or not notice).
When your RAS is programmed properly with unobstructed clarity, You’ll find that you are more and more consistently at the right place at the right time.
Opportunities tend to magically show up because your unconscious is guiding you to see what you did not see before. You will find yourself on the path to that what you desire more and more often without having to consciously guide it.
Effectively programming your RAS with programs such as Goal Factory is the secret to being very lucky in all things that are important to you.
