I Love this Meditation in Minutes program.  Jeffrey is so helpful with the instructions for each Level.  He has a way of encouraging our individuality so that we can discover our own personal experience with each Meditation. I have already recommended this product to others even though they may feel this is not 'their thing'. Meditation on a whole is immensely beneficial and to be able to get the equivalent of an hour's worth of meditation in 7 minutes using the Meditation in Minutes program is fantastic.


Plus having a new level every month makes it even more interesting, I look forward every month to the next level (the next video, the next task etc). There is nothing to lose and a lot to gain. And if you feel you are going through a rough time, that things are tough for you right now and you will get this later, I would say you need to get this now.

I am very grateful to have enrolled in this meditation programme. I already know a lot about mindfulness, and followed several courses on hypnotism, quantum energy, health etc.

I am more disciplined, able to make quicker decisions with more clarity and focus.


I am noticing progress in various areas of my life through, having become more disciplined, able to make quicker decisions and with more clarity and focus. These have all been areas that I have struggled with as well as the feeling of overwhelm when trying to introduce a practice or changes to assist this.


This has not been the case with this course and I am happy to say that I am nearly finished the 5th level and looking forward to continuing. It is so easy to use and follow.
