A couple weeks ago, I sat down with Judy Anderson and a wonderful conversation. I didn’t expect to get so emotional but it happened.I hadn’t planed on sharing what happened during the lowest point in my life, but I did.

Not only did I talk about it in a way that I never have before, I described one of the simplest yet ridiculously powerful “Bonce Back” techniques that I used to bounce back from the lowest point of my life. 

No matter how bad things get, there is always something you can do. The hardest part is creating a path of positive movement.
